Ontario employer compliance calendar

Every recurring thing an Ontario employer has to do, with its date and who it applies to. Enter your headcount and get only the items that are yours. Nothing to sign up for; every rule links to the government page it came from.

Head-count, not full-time equivalents. Thresholds that matter: more than 5, 20, 25, and 50.

How to use this

Put the dated items in a shared calendar with a reminder two weeks before, and the annual reviews on a recurring date you'll actually keep — the first week of a quiet month beats "sometime in the year". The items marked on hire belong in your onboarding checklist, not the calendar.

This page lists obligations that recur on a schedule. It doesn't cover things that happen when something happens — an injury report, a termination, a leave request — or anything specific to your sector, your municipality, or a collective agreement.
